He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Mullen and Carrie Mullen (Madelyn); his children, Jon Mullen (Christina) of Winona, Pat Mullen of Winona, Kristie Rundell (Wayne) of Ashland, WI, Marty Mullen (Lisa) of Winona, Michael Mullen (Susan) of Winona, David Mullen (Karleen) of Lincoln, CA and Bob Mullen of Winona; his grandsons, Tom and Bob Mullen; his wife Mary Jo; his daughter Mary Ann; and his daughter-in-law Mary Mullen.
