He is survived by: his mother Rose Marie Holmquist (Cash); his siblings, Thomas Holmquist, Jr. (Andrea), Sean Racelo (Amber), Cheri Waytashek (Rob) and Sara Rice (Jason); and his nieces and nephews, Jasmin Sanoski, Kalleigh Holmquist, Cole Holmquist, Andre Bankey, Myles Racelo and Liam Racelo.
