He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spaude and Anna Spaude (Falk); his brother Vyrl; his sister-in-law Yvonne; his siblings, Leighton Spaude and Carolyn Eidson (Kelly); his brother-in-law Clyde Eidson; his parents-in-law, Clarence and Erna Meder; his brother-in-law Alvin Meder; and his son-in-law Tom Cable.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Meder); and his children, Robin Spaude (Karon) of Granite Falls, Barry Spaude of Gibbon, Jan Marie Posl (Tom) of Florida, Kevin Spaude (Karen) of Gibbon, Bradley Spaude (Karen) of Gibbon, Jon Spaude of Farmington and Jean Cable of Fairfax. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
