It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kahla Maureen Ladd of Glenwood, Minnesota, born in Benson, Minnesota, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Sade Olivia (Lange) and Jasper Arthur Ladd; her son Daniel Grote; her sisters, Patricia Mae and Joann Janet Frantum; and her daughter-in-law DeAnn Hofstad Grote.

She is survived by : her husband Donald William Grote; and her children, Brian Grote of Sabin, Randy Grote of Glenwood, Kara Jean Schultz (Wes) of Alexandria, Thomas Grote of Las Vegas, NV and Mary Danielson (Eric) of Starbuck. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.
