She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Harriet. She is survived by: her siblings, Keith (Jeanne) and Valerie Perry; her siblings' children, Lisa Barnett, Wendy, Patty McGuire, Debbie Fritts and David Perry; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Layton, Austin, Trevor, Jack, Adelina and Allen. She is also survived by many loving friends and caregivers.
