She is survived by: her significant other John Bloomquist; her brother Jerry Berg; her son Bill Siveny (Paula); her grandchildren, Nick Siveny (Carly) and Carly Siveny; her great grandchild Leo Siveny; and her partner's children, Leonard Bloomquist (Cecilia), Kim VanBeck (Bert) and Carmen Smith (David). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, niece and nephews.
