He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hiipakka and Lilly Hiipakka (Beldo); his wife Elvie Anderson; his son Terrance "Terry" Hiipakka; his sister Elsie; and his son-in-law Allyn Rustad.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy Rustad of Deer River, MN, Howard Hiipakka (Priscilla) of Cook, MN and Randy Hiipakka (Phyllis) of Grand Rapids, MN. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
