He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilson and Mary Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Wilson of Grand Rapids, MN; his children, Cheryl Braun (Tim) of Rosholt, SD, Jim Wilson (Nancy) of Grand Rapids, MN and Fred Wilson (Conni) of International Falls, MN; and his brother-in-law Charles "Chuck" Jarrett of Harrison, AR. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
