He is survived by: his former wife Wanda Jean McLain of Imperial, NE.; his children, Cyndi McGuire (Patrick) of Colorado Springs, CO, Denise Hansen (Karry) of Parker, CO and Marlin Herbert (Lorrie) of Grand Rapids, MN; his grandchildren, Bradley Rodriguez (Marcia), Joshua Herbert (Andrea), Jessica Davis (Paul), Daniel Herbert (Christy), Benjamin McGuire (Christen), Andrew McGuire (Katy), Sarah Stennett (Rob), Benton Hansen (Kim), Kara Allen (Quentin), Sharilyn Hansen and Breana Fitzgerald (Jon); his great grandchildren, James, Justin, Jordan, Jacynda Rodriguez, Kayley, Brayden, Meya, Sadie, Lacey, Danica, Jeremy Herbert, Elizabeth, Joseph Davis, Julianna, Claire, Abigail, Emma-Jean Stennett, Addie, Cohen, Nora, Jane, Miles, Grant Allen, Novalee Hansen-Raney, Makena, Billie Ruth Fitzgerald, Kate Hansen, Kelsy and Stella McGuire; his great great grandchild Isabella Rodriguez; and his stepsons, Sam Zordich (Phil Hutchins), Dave Williams (Keri) and Trent Williams. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
