He was predeceased by: his uncle Coach; his parents, Walter Miller and Mary Miller (Craig); his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Lucille Hawkinson; his brother Jim Miller; and his son-in-law Don Simonson.
He is survived by: his uncles, Jack and Rusty; his children, Kathryn Miller Lavalier (Steve), Debra Lupo (John), Teresa Attwell (Bob), Jacquelyn Simonson, Michael Miller (Teresa), Karen Manella and Steven Miller (Jolene); his grandchildren, Jon, Brenna (Tony Kortenkamp), Shea Lavalier (Emily Bennett), Gina Picard (Quentin), Natalie Lupo, Kristi Portelli (Keith), Laura Attwell, Nathan Simonson, Natasha Endl (Mitch), Preston Miller, Joseph Manella (Heather), Aubrae Block (Clinton), Makaila and Kaitlin Miller; and his siblings, Jane Leavitt, Janet Burt and Jerry Miller. He is also survived by 11 beautiful great grandchildren.
Due to Covid, A private service will take place and a public celebration of Jack's life will be planned for a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Second Harvest Food Bank or Essentia Hospice are preferred.
