She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Vann and Mavis Vann; her husband Robert J. Christy, Jr.; her grandson Dylan Christy; and her siblings, Chris Vann and Arlene Reed.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale Christy (Misty) of Grand Rapids, MN and Deron Christy (Kristeen) of Spokane, WA; her brothers, Al Vann (Sue) of Deer River, MN, Arnold "Bud" Vann of Grand Rapids, MN and Olaf "Ole" Vann (Pat) of Bigfork, MN; and her grandchildren, Brielle Christy (Zac Quammen), Marriah Christy and Cameron Christy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Camp Hiawatha.
