She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Brockway and Rachael Brockway; her husbands, Waino Johnson and Wayne Cook; her son Steve Johnson; her granddaughter Kim Caswell; her siblings, Edna, George, Ellen, Olive, Jerald, Violet, Juanita, Helen, Jay, Bob and Don; and her son-in-law Jim Harthan.
She is survived by: her children, Arlette Smith (Delbert) of Kila, MT, Rita Harthan (Daryl Councilman) of Grand Rapids, MN, Sam Johnson (Nancy) of Grand Rapids, MN and Lonnie Johnson (Tami) of Hayden, ID; her daughter-in-law Paula Johnson of Shoreview, MN; her grandchildren, Renee McCarrol (Terry Francisco) of Deer River, MN, Heather Smith of Fort Collins, CO, Zack Smith (Melissa) of Stevensville, MT, Keely Pearson (Mickey) of Duluth, MN, Sammy Johnson (Nicole) of Grand Rapids, MN and Willow Rodriguez (James) of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandson-in-law Jon Caswell of St. Paul, MN; her great grandchildren, Matt (Kaitlyn), Dylan McCarroll, Regan, Paige, Nathan Caswell, Abby, Isaac, Nora, Sammy Johnson, Finn, Leif, Odin Pearson, Ethan Smith and Rodriguez; and her great great grandchildren, Lilly and Lucas McCarroll. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
