He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Cook and Roena Cook; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife LaVonne (Waydula); his children, Donna Meyer (Stan) of Linwood, MN and Jody (Diane); his grandchildren, Courtney, Nicole, Stephanie, Michelle, Joseph, Ryan and Christian; and his sisters, Fern Anderson and Gloria Birt.
