We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2021, Richard Schneider of Grand Rapids, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schneider and Lillian Schneider (Brandt). He is survived by: his close friend Kathryn "Katie" Raiter; his daughters, Anne Ward (Robert) of Colorado Springs, CO, Gretchen Dupuis (Daniel) of Duluth, MN, Mary Stensberg (Todd) of Antigo, WI and Karen Laird (Thomas) of St. Paul, MN.; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Violet Klumph, Winnie, Tuck Collins, Finley, Elliot and Jack McIlhany; his sister Gretchen Hanson (James) of Ham Lake, MN; his uncle Nick of Cloquet, MN; and his sisters-in-law, Lynn Scott (Walter) of Oshkosh, WI and Maureen Raiter of Kennebunk, ME. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews and family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Second Harvest Food Bank would be appreciated.
