He is survived by: his wife Jan Erskine-Voltz; his son Aaron Streetar; his stepdaughter Amanda Dick (Jeff); his siblings, Joan Schultz (Roger), Jerome Streetar and Bill Streetar; his grandchildren, Kiera and Alex Dick; his nephews, Kevin and Mike Streetar; and his niece Mary Rantala.
