He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cooper and Helen Cooper (Bender); and his sisters, Sylvia and Janet. He is survived by: his wife Carol Edwards; his children, Cindy Dempsey (Brian) of Jefferson, WI, Carol Cooper of Jefferson, WI, Diane Higgins (Bill) of Watertown, WI, JoAnn Skyberg (Jason) of Ramsey, MN, Rhonda Zimmer (Andy Sutherland) of Grand Rapids, MN, Russ Cooper (Tammy) of Jefferson, WI and Randy Bueschel (Audra) of Whitewater, WI; his brother John Cooper of Janesville, WI; and his great grandchild Numerus. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
