He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar and Alice; his stepfather Fred Stolp; his parent-in-law Lloyd; and his grandson Vance Matthew.
He is survived by: his wife Barb of Chanhassen, MN; his child Jeffrey Gustafson (Carol); his grandchildren, Joseph, Sarah, Joel Gustafson (Amy), Eric, Evan, Matthew Johnson (Charlene), Vaughan, Layne, Nicole Brandriet (Mike), Sam, Ben, Danielle, Sidney, Michael and Ava; his brother LeRoy Stolp (Kathy); and his sisters-in-law, Ann Amundson (Duaine) and Liz Schuler (Doug).
