We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2020, at the age of 66, Lowell Smeby of Grygla, Minnesota, born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Smeby and Doris Smeby (Teigland); his sister Nancy; his parents-in-law, Neil and Florence Knutson; and his siblings-in-law, Roger, Randy Knutson, Patti Smeby and Kandy Knutson.

He is survived by : his wife Rochelle Knutson of Grygla; his children, Nicholas (Lisa) of Swanville and Gretchen of Grygla; his grandchildren, John, Samuel, Oliver, Madeline and Violet; his siblings, Jim (Eileen) of Fertile, Paul (Marie), Pam Mostrom (Tim) of Grygla and JoAnn Orpen (John) of Battle Lake; and his brother-in-law Perry Hubbard of Panama City, Panama..
