He is survived by: his wife Cheri; his children, Bradley of Lacey and Jessica; his siblings, Brian, Jeffrey, Paul, Kevin, Michael, Darin, Thomas, Gloria of Michelle and Kathleen; and his mother Marilyne Dahl. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
