Rosemary Ann Skogen Obituary

We bid farewell to Rosemary Ann Skogen of Ham Lake, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 5, 2025 at the age of 84. Rosemary Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Matthews and Anne Matthews (Snare); her parents-in-law, Anna and Bennie Skogen; her sister Darlene; and her brother-in-law Bob Carlson.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Scott (Cal), Kim Miller (Billy), Scott Skogen (Cindy) and Holly Struss (Kurt); her grandchildren, Jessica (Tony), Jenny (Kyle), Bobby (Cassie), Jimmy and Nikky (Grayson); her sister Karen; and her brother-in-law Bruce Rhodes. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and many good friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel-Blaine (1385 107th Ave NE, Blaine, MN 55434). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
