He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Pearl Ragan of Morgan; his siblings, Michael Ragan (Linda) of Sauk Centre and Becky Bethke (Jeff) of Franklin; his nieces and nephews, Eric, Rachel, Russ, Nathan, Ryan, Natasha, Justin and Travis; his aunts, Uncles-Ron, Yvonne Degner, Dale, Bonnie Ragan and Lynn Ragan; and his father Robert Ragan.
