With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James R. Pirkl (Hastings, Minnesota), who passed away on February 24, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Pirkl and Loretta Pirkl (Kuettel); his children, Tony (Debbie), Chris (Tia), Matt and Amanda (Mathew); his brothers, Jack (Judy) and Gerry (Nina); his grandchildren, Jessica (Thomas), Travis "T. J." and Tillie; his parents-in-law, Otis and Marcie Frampton; his sister-in-law Nancy "Sydney"; his nephew Joe; and his close friends, John Goettl, Jerry Thelan and Jim.

He is survived by : his wife Angela Frampton.

A private family service was previously held; a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Jim's name to: Church of St. Matthew, 510 Hall Ave, St Paul, MN 55107; or Animal Ark, 2600 Industrial Court, Hastings, MN 55033.
