She was predeceased by: her parents, John Butkiewicz and Elizabeth Butkiewicz; her husband F. Arthur Hughes; and her siblings, Florence Meger, Millie Currie, Lorraine Serre and Leander Butkiewicz.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Louise Monson (Craig), Greg (Julie), Rita Johnson (Dan), Celeste and Yvonne Larson (Jim); her siblings, Louis Butkiewicz, Bernard Butkiewicz (Alicia), Louise LeSavage (Richard) and Phyllis Knutson; and her sister-in-law Darlene Butkiewicz. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 35 great grandchildren.
