She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Paul and Mary Agnes Henkels (Schaffer); her husband Robert Ferguson; her siblings, Charles, Benard, Gregory Henkels, Margaret Henkels and Bernadine Iverson; and her grandchildren, Bryce and Rebecca Messenbrink.
She is survived by : her sister Bernadine Henkels; her cousin Dorothy Miller; her friends, Tony Ebner and Leonard T. Leopold; her children, Robert Ferguson Jr. (Jean) of Slayton, Linda Short (Daniel) of Raleigh, NC, Bonnie Messenbrink (Robert) of Annandale, Carol Larson (Gerald) of Burnsville, Roger Ferguson (Susan) of Prior Lake, Brian Ferguson (Rhonda) of Heron Lake, John Ferguson (Gail Rogers) of Heron Lake, Christine Robinson (John Williams) of Clearwater, FL, Steven Ferguson (Barbara) of Burnsville and Michelle Miranowski (Joseph) of Slayton; and her siblings, John Henkels (Minneapolis) of Longville, Franklin Henkels (Donna) of Bloomington and Beatrice Pluard (George) of Munster, IN. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
