Sylvia June Hardies Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia June Hardies of Holland, Minnesota, who passed away on July 8, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Elzenga and Gertrude Elzenga (Achterhoff); her husband Clarence "Bud" Hardies; her son David Hardies; and her siblings, Donald Elzenga and Marlene Brinkerhoff.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Hardies (Linda) of Apple Valley, Rhonda Trees (Marion) of Crosslake and Lynn Mauland (Jeff) of Cottonwood, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Daren Hardies, Susan Bacca (Nick), Angie Kruger (Matthew), Jeff Hardies, Michelle Ranheim, Jennifer Miner (Seth), Jessica Walter, Sarah Trees, Andy Trees, Sarah Hansen (Bryce) and Nathan Mauland; her sisters, Betty Henspeter (Floyd) of Ravensdale, Joan Ahn of Monroe and Barbara Bonine of Holland, Minnesota; and her sisters-in-law, Mavis Fritz of Sioux Falls and Norma Schoenfeld of Watertown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Sylvia's daughter, Lynn Mauland.
