He was predeceased by : his former life partner Lela; his brother Roy; and his parents, Halfton Hagen and Blanche Hagen. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn; his children, Margie Rick (Chuck), Robert Hagen (Linda), Cathy Harrison (Kerry), Amy Dorenbush (Scott) and Kristen Phillips (Brian); and his brother Harold "Bud" Hagen. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
