She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Alsleben and Ella Alsleben; her husband Melvin Burmeister; her siblings, Melvin Alsleben (Mary), Earl Alsleben, Roy Alsleben, Ivan Alsleben and Rosella Hanson (Bill); her parents-in-law, Emil and Alice Burmeister; her brother-in-law Vernon Burmeister (Lorraine); and her grandson Brandon Lanie.

She is survived by : her daughters, Tammy Hahn (Paul) and Deb Sylvester (John); her grandchildren, Jade Eaton (Patrick), Jacob Hahn, Jenna Hahn, Anthony Sylvester and Kelsey Sylvester; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Alsleben, Elsie Alsleben and Beverly Alsleben; and also Melvin. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
