He is survived by : his wife Sandy Hoopman; his children, Jeff Hoopman (Honey) and Jody Bedard (Dan); his grandchildren, Chase Hoopman (Dylann) and Lila Hoopman; and his siblings, Larry Hoopman (Jan) and Doris Mortenson (Rodney).
