She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Rich and Leoma Rich; her brothers, Al Rich and Steve Rich; and her parents-in-law, Raymond and Lorraine Tobias.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Tobias; her sons, Shawn Tobias (Cyndi), Marc Tobias (Heather) and Christopher Tobias (Cindy); her grandchildren, Cameron, Sarah, Michael, Matthew, Megan, Brady, Cooper, Silas and Everlee; her great grandchild Lucas; and her sister Carolyn Benson.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (8108 Barbara Ave E, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077). A prayer will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
