He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Trepanier Koughan Donnelly (Koughan) and William Koughan Sr.; his stepfather Arthur Donnelly; his stepsister Janie Melanson; his father-in-law John Stroeing; and his sister-in-law Susan Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Monica "Mae"; his son David (Kelly); his brother Michael (Diane); his stepsister Mary Walsh (Tom); his mother-in-law Bernice Stroeing; his siblings-in-law, Bill (Mary), Ken (Sandra), Greg Stroeing, Kevin Wiley and Joan Dourney (Larry); and his grandchildren, Dustin (Tristan) and Lindsay (John Stone). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A reception will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (8108 Barbara Ave E, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077). A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
