He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Leona (Hamdorf). He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his son Steven Juracek of Hopkins; and his siblings, Philip Juracek (Paula) of Ironton, Louise Hall (Mark) of Bakersfield, CA and Evelyn Schroeder (David) of Crystal, MN.
