He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Oman and Anna Oman; and his siblings, Edith Peterson (Herman), George Oman (Beatrice), Betty Augustson (Axel), Roy Oman, Helen Hammitt (Jerry), Edward Oman (Helen), Leonard Oman (Helen) and Wendell Oman.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Packard; his daughters, Patrine Turnbloom (Warren), Charlene Rasmussen (Michael) and Deanna Oman; and his grandchildren, Dean Turnbloom and Lara Turnbloom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
