He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Kolander and Helen Kolander (Dunai); his brothers, Eugene, Gary and Randy Kolander; his parents-in-law, Frank and Irene Vachuska; his siblings-in-law, Irene Caviness, Dorothy Mayberry, Frank Vachuska, Darrel Caviness and Marvin Showers; his nieces and nephews, Wayne Caviness, Mark Caviness, Darwin Voss, Kerry Showers, Dawn Kolander and Tami Kolander; and his great-nephew Cooper Kolander.
He is survived by : his grandson Billy Jack; his wife SuzAnne Kolander of Jackson, Minnesota; his daughters, Bridget Lynn (Michael Gilbert) of Jackson and Stasha Rae (Jason Benjamin) of Jackson; his siblings, Harlow Kolander (Carol) of Jackson and April Nead (Robert) of Shakopee; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Kolander of Birch Bay, Carolyn Kolander of Jackson, Marsha Kolander of Jackson, Helen Showers of St. Cloud, Yvonne Vachuska of Richfield, Minnesota, Carol Voss of Lake Park, Iowa and Arlen Voss of Lake Park. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
