She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bertha Newsum (Hale) and Heman Newsum; her spouse Asa Kendall; her children, Carol Briley (Gary), Judy Royer (Elden), Allen Kendall (Glenda), Curt Kendall (Sheila), Bret Kendall and Anita Stoudt (Ron); her grandchildren, Sarah, Joshua, Rachel, Brenda, Anthony, Duane, Allison, Andrea, Andrew, Rebekah, Abigail, Ryan John, Reannah, Annah and Rosalee; her stepgrandsons, Brian, Danny and Peter; her sister-in-law Alice Hicks; and her grandmother LaMerle. She was also cherished by 12 great-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren.
