It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lila Lorraine Hennum of Kennedy, Minnesota, born in Strathcona, Minnesota, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Lundquist and Emelia Lundquist; her husband Gerald Hennum; her sisters, Ruby and Nadine Nelson (Ernest); her siblings-in-law, Layne Carriere (Dan), Muriel Christopherson (Alver), Joy Hennum (Norval "Bud"), Marion Hennum (Clarion), Arlene Hennum (Owen), Norval "Bud" Hennum, Alver Christopherson, Clarion Hennum, Owen Hennum and Ernie Nelson; her nephew Jay Dean Hennum; and her nieces, Jody Carriere Mootz and Dianna Nelson Lysne.

She is survived by : her children, Patricia Swanson (Charles) of Hallock and Jerry Hennum (LuAnn) of Baudette, MN; her grandchildren, Stephen Swanson of Park City, UT, Michael Swanson (Cheri Reese) of Kennedy, MN, Jacki LaValla of Bemidji, Gregg Hennum (Diana) of Baudette and Christopher Hennum (Melissa) of Bemidji; her great grandchildren, Luke, Kaia Swanson, Cadence LaValla, Garrett, Wyatt, Estella Hennum, Avery and Maddie Hennum; her brother-in-law Dan Carriere of Hallock; her brother Ronnie; and her sister-in-law Marita Hennum of Torrence, California. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
