She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Zimbelman and Meryle Zimbelman (Beauchamp); her husband Maury Kappes; and her brother Tim Knapp. She is survived by: her son Kirk Kappes (Kari); her grandchildren, Kayleigh Crum (Jeremiah) and Brayden; her daughter Jenny Chaput (Roger); her grandchild Aiden; her daughter Gwen Sobolik (Rory); her grandchildren, Hudson, Lawson and Trygg; her son Mark Kappes (Jessica); her granddaughter Amelia; and her siblings, Roy Knapp (Susan), Walter Zimbelman (Marlys), Garth Zimbelman (Lana) and Eileen Wahler (John). She is also survived by children; and many other relatives and friends.
