He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald Neuman. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Nelson (Tim) and Jill Neuman; his grandchildren, Michael Nelson of La Crescent and Sierra Colbert of La Crosse; and his siblings, Janice Stout of Eau Claire, WI, Gordon Neuman of West Salem, WI and Robert Neuman (Mabel) of Davis, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
