She was predeceased by: her parents, John Richardson and Ruth Richardson (Hough); her siblings, Sonny, Sammy, Tom, Donald Richardson, Anna Foster and Dorothy Brooks; and her close friend Bob Krueger.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Oelkers (John Radtke) of West Concord, Kevin Kitzmiller of Porter, TX. and Glen Kitzmiller of Porter, TX.; and her grandchildren, Marcus Oelkers, Sophia Oelkers (Brandon Campbell), Amber Bernardic, Damian Kitzmiller and Christian Kitzmiller.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson-Peterson Chapel (1022 W Lyon Ave, Lake City, MN 55041). A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at the Oakwood Cemetery (516 W Chestnut St, Lake City, MN 55041).
