It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Wagner of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Donald; and her siblings, Dorothy and David. She is survived by : her children, Donald Jr. (Lilia), Lisa Knopik (Gregory), Thomas (Julie Haugen) and Mark (Shelley); and her grandchildren, Angela, Cindy, Breanna, Nicole, Jessica, Brandon, Rachel and Destiny. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
