He was predeceased by : his mother Edith Jensen; his brother Lee; and his stepfather Carl Jensen. He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his children, Todd (Kathy), Michelle Harty (Matt) and Ryan (Melanie); his grandchildren, Amanda Hoff, Brandi Sedani (Eric), Nathan Branwall, Jonah and Ashlyn Hoff; his great grandchild Beauden; and his brothers, Eugene Hoff (Ann) and Jeff Jensen (Ann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
