He was predeceased by : his parents, Amelia Choulock and George Choulock; and his sisters, Jacqueline Sahr (Bill) and Barbara Molitor (Larry). He is survived by : his children, Deb Choulock (Dave Singer), Caroline Turek (Ken) and Joe Choulock II (Sarah); and his sister Helen Koppen (Don). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
