Philip Joseph Sawa Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip Joseph Sawa of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Cecelia Sawa. He is survived by: his father Joseph Sawa; his wife Kathryn; his daughters, Rachel (Philip Presnell) and Kendall (Patrick Van Ort); his brother Chris (Ann); and his grandchildren, Philly, Paddy, Palmer, Mac and Nico.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Community (4125 Woodbury Dr, Woodbury, MN 55129).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Sandra J. Schulze American Cancer Society Hope Lodge at 411 Second Street NW, Rochester MN 55901.
