He is survived by: his mother Angela Fieldsend (Bridgman); his grandparents, Larry and Margie Bridgman; his sister Taylor Fieldsend; his uncle Darren Bridgman; his aunts, Lori Holk (Scott) and Leisha Schweitzer; and his grandmother Judy Fieldsend.
