He was predeceased by: his siblings, LeRoy Thompson and Eunice Taylor (Thompson); his son-in-law Tim Weier; his grandchildren, Bryce Weier and Erin Remme (Weier); and his parents, Merville Thompson and Marie Thompson (Jorgenson).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughters, Debbie Lundeen (Bruce), Lynn Kovash (Jeff), Janice Kosbab (Bruce), Judie Thompson (Randy), Nancy Mosser (Greg) and Penny Starkey (Brady); his grandchildren, Kelly Lundeen (Evan), Brandon Weier (Erin), Kevin Lundeen (Jacqueline), Kelvin Kosbab, Paige Scherer (Matt), Rachel Espenlaub (Graham), Brittany Johnson (Josh), Michael Mosser (Rosalynd), Sarah Kosbab, Allie Mosser, Kory Lundeen (Julia), David Thompson (Ava), Grant Mosser (Allissa), Jenny Mosser, Mark Mosser, Teagan Starkey, Ben Mosser and Kayli Starkey; and his brother Larry Thompson (Vicky). He is also survived by six daughters, 20 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
