He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Potter and Edna Potter; his wife Ardyce Maureen Olson; and his son Randy. He is survived by: his children, Rory (Judy), Rick (Janine), Danny (Susan), Laurie Lee (Jim) and Brad Potter; his grandchildren, Kevin, Molly (Rico), Mitch (Teresa), Jamie (Christian), Staci, Mathew, Luke, Jake (Hannah) and Jordyn; his great grandchildren, Leon, Vanessa, Keegan, Quincy Wallace, Genevieve, Oliver and Norah; and his brother Jim (Kathy).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the White Funeral Home - Lakeville (20134 Kenwood Trail, Lakeville, MN 55044). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (20165 Heath Ave, Lakeville, MN 55044).
