She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Maca and Mary Catherine Maca (Hejl); her husband Leonard Ballman; and her siblings, Genevieve Srnec, Elsie, Charles Maca Jr. and Gerard Maca.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Janice Woitas (Larry) and Judy Ballman. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
Memorials are preferred to St. Mary's Catholic Church in lieu of flowers.
