He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Ophus and Esther Ophus (Matson). He is survived by: his sister Marlene Westrum of Clearbrook, MN; and his sibling's children, Renetta Rhen (Rick) of Clearbrook, MN, Deb Collins (Charles) of Spokane, WA, Darla John (David) of Lino Lakes, MN and Corey Westrum (Sue). He is also survived by Many great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
