He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Volkman and Emma Volkman; his daughter-in-law Jody; and his siblings, Viola, Orman, Lilla, Hubert, Jr., Elnora, Benjamin, Mildred, Harry, Wilbert, Marvin, Roger and James.

He is survived by : his wife Ellen Brand; his children, Joan and Ronald; his siblings, Etta Meyer, Marcella Marin (Stanley) and Melvin; and his sisters-in-law, Doris and Jean.

The family respectfully requests that memorials be considered in lieu of flowers.
