He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Perry (France); his wife Kathy Weinreich; his sons, Shane (Ricky), Justin (Sharon) and Josh (Jessica); his grandson Hunter; his brothers, Leslie (Mary) and Wayne; and the mother of his children Kathy Weinreich.
