He is survived by: his parents, Hartley Emerson and Rose Emerson (Krasaway) of Virginia; his siblings, Tom Emerson of Lino Lakes and Sandra Gulan (Tim) of Virginia; his children, Steven Emerson (Sarah) of Lake Shore and Wendy Banks (Tristan) of Brainerd; and his grandchildren, AJ, Gus, Rosie, Mason and Avery. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
